Our family-run establishment is one of the three original Tamarindo Hotels and has served a rich history of superb hospitality and amazing-memories! Often times, large hotels lose that warm, homely feel to them. Our English-speaking staff will not only serve you, but will make you feel like you are part of our family. In addition, the Tamarindo BEST WESTERN, boasts a spectacular location, overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean and the surf breaks of both Playa Tamarindo and Playa Grande. At breakfast, you can choose to roast your own cup of Costa Rican Coffee, and enjoy it on your private, ocean-view patio, or you can make your way down to our ocean view restaurant and fill up on some fresh fruit at our free continental breakfast. During the day, if you’re not busy surfing or snorkeling at the beach, you can lounge around our ocean-view pool, dive off of our waterfall and float on over to our swim-up bar, where you can enjoy a tropical margarita – all while watching the waves roll in… Even if they are staying in other Tamarindo Hotels, we have found that people always find their way up to our sunset happy hour!
